Phoenix Juneau Austin

Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration through Capella University, with graduation expected December 2026. The program builds on an accelerated path that included a bachelor’s in business management from Western Governors University and an MBA completed in early 2026.

Research interests sit at the intersection of business strategy, cybersecurity, and organizational transformation — the same areas Phoenix plans to apply as a commissioned U.S. Air Force officer, with a focus on cybersecurity and acquisitions.

The DBA is one half of a two-track plan: finish the doctorate, then commission through the Air Force Officer Training School after turning 18, with the long-term goal of reaching the rank of major within ten years.
